How does VAT FREE work?
During our VAT free sale, the total amount you will have to pay is equal to the pre-VAT total.
All of the prices online and in our showroom are displayed excluding VAT.
Example, if you order an item that costs €10 excluding VAT. The total you would normally pay is €12.30 including VAT.
During our VAT free sale, the price would be deducted to €8.13 so therefore when the VAT is added it will still total to €10 which is the original price excluding VAT.
By law we must charge and display VAT at all times.
Please read the Terms and Conditions of Service carefully. Before you order on the site you will be required to confirm that you have read and accept them.
1.1 'Seller' means ASU NAIL & BEAUTY SUPPLIES, Conditions Applicable 1.2 All orders for goods are subject to these terms and conditions. 1.3 No order shall be binding on the Seller until the Seller has accepted that order by e- mail. 1.4 The Seller may at its discretion refuse to accept any order. 1.5 All products are of limited supply and may not be available in the quantity required. 1.6 Products may be withdrawn by the Seller at any time without prior warning.
2.1 The Price shall be the price specified on www.asunailandbeauty.ie at the time of completion of the order form on line by the Buyer. The price is exclusive of VAT. 2.2 Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
3.1 All specifications, including without limitation details of weights, dimensions and colour, are approximate only and shall not be binding on the Seller. 3.2 In the case of goods damaged or faulty on delivery, it may not be possible to provide replacement items, in which case the liability of the Seller shall be limited to the refund of the price of that item.
4.1 The Seller warrants that the Goods will at the time of delivery correspond to the general description given by the Seller provided that all specifications and descriptions are approximations only and should not be relied on as totally accurate. 4.2 The Seller's liability to the Buyer, whether for any breach of contract or otherwise, shall not in any event exceed the Price, and the Seller shall be under no liability for any direct loss and/or expense , or indirect loss and/or expense suffered by the Buyer or liability to third parties incurred by the Buyer. 4.3 The Seller shall not be liable for damage or deterioration of the Goods or injury to any person due to matters beyond it's control including (but not by way of limitation) unsuitability of storage conditions, detrimental conditions or neglect.
5.1 All Orders will incur a €6.50 +VAT Delivery Charge Effective 1 November 2011
6.1 The Goods should be examined immediately upon arrival and any apparent damage or defects reported to the Seller within 2 days of delivery. If this period expires without the Seller receiving any intimation of rejection the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the goods. 6.2 No claim for non-delivery, shortages, damages or incorrect delivery will be considered, unless it is notified to the supplier within 2 days of delivery. No return of merchandise will be accepted without the Seller's previous consent.
7.1 On delivery all risk in connection with the goods shall pass to the Buyer. 7.2 In spite of delivery having been made property in the Goods shall not pass from the Seller until: 7.2:1 the Buyer has paid the Price inc VAT in full; and 7.2:2 no other sums whatever shall be due from the Buyer to the Seller.
8.1 All copyright design right and other intellectual property rights in and relating to the Goods protected by copyright and trademark laws of Ireland and Northern Ireland remain the property of the Seller. 8.2 All copyright design right and other intellectual property rights in and relating to this web site including but without limitation, the separate items of text, photographs, are the property of Asu Nail & Beauty Supplies and are protected by copyright and trade mark laws of Ireland and Northern Ireland and international treaties. 8.3 As a user of the site you must not copy anything from the site nor take any step that may cause damage, disruption or expense to Asu Nail & Beauty Supplies or its suppliers or other users of the site.
9.1 This contract is subject to the law of Ireland and Northern Ireland 9.2 All disputes arising out of this contract shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland & Northern Ireland
